This is the ONLY mid-range Hotel I met so far that provide an electric kettle which is extremely handy for someone who always need to make so tea of coffee in the room.

No telephone/intercom is provided in the rooms.

The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Good value for money

after making the reservation on booking.com where a deposit is not required and payment can be done at the hotel. The hotel still contacted me asking me to pay advance deposit as they are in high demand otherwise will cancel my booking. so i made the payment immediately. Later at the time of check in they said room is not available and i can call booking.com and deal with my issue. Finally after lot of discusion they gave me a room. It seems the hotel is not happy to sell through booking.com and prefer to sell at higher rate directly. I dont know why booking.com still feature such hotels who are unprofessional!

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff was attentive to our needs.

room was clean, location of the property is also good, truly worth the price I paid.

not at all flexible about the timings, didn't even allow me to use washroom after checking out, when asked to extend the time he asked for double the money. they provided towel, bathroom accessories for only 1 person wherein charged for three.
