Tay View

TV no aerial, so could only watch bbci player app and apps not good. Only one pot in kitchen which had seen better days needs replaced. Bed was comfy but because it was a pine bed very noisy when turning at night

Brilliant location overlooking the river. Great views from all the windows. Everything we needed for our stay.

The communal areas could be a bit brighter and looked a wee bit tired.

Very convenient location. Quiet. A home from home. Lovely view over the Tay. A place worth coming back to.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in beautiful location. A real home from home with everything you need in a quiet location with lovely view over the River Tay. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely use again.

This beautiful flat in a quiet, well kept and well lit stair (Scottish tenement) felt very safe for me as a solo female traveller. Such a bonus that every window looked out over the beautiful river. Really well appointed kitchen and the rooms had such colour and character. I slept extremely well in the warm, comfortable bed and was refreshed despite having a lot of demanding business to deal with during this stay (house hunting). Joe was highly responsive, friendly and showed genuine goodwill. Everything was easy to find and the location was amazing; so central as well as scenic. The stairs were wide and shallow so easy to manage with luggage to the first floor.

Flat was spotlessly clean and the view of the water and lights at night was lovely. Great location near shops and restaurants would recommend.

Nothing really

The flat was lovely and very comfortable. There were lots of lovely quirky features, wonderfully laid out cozy rooms and it had everything you could possibly want to enable you to have a great time. It was central to the city and close to transport, rail and bus, for getting round. The views were stunning from every window especially the views of Kinnoull chuch from the kitchen and bedroom - I also loved the trees. The city is lovely with lots to do and great shops - M&S was literally round the corner - and this flat is perfectly located on a beatiful riverside road to take advantage of all Perth has to offer. The building was amazingly quiet as was the road.
