Phupha Bungalow Haad Rin

Booked this for 1 night for the full moon party and it did the job, good location and the staff were extremely helpful :)

We stayed here for the full moon party. The hosts were lovely and always happy to help. The room was basic but clean and comfortable.

Lots of ants in the room.

I liked finding an available and quite clean bungalow with two beds when the island was quite fully booked.

Quite expensive for being so far from the beach and so poorly equipped.

Stayed here for two nights over a full moon. The bungalow was a triple accommodation and we had two people. A/C was excellent. Beds were pretty stiff but clean! Super basic room but walking distance to Haad Rin beach and coffee just around the corner.

An insect died in the bathroom and we had an insane ant infestation within seconds! Thank goodness they give you a broom. Also I’m not sure how they got that pic w ocean view but it must have been from a roof and right after a tree pruning. Nowhere to hang up clothes but we did have one tiny end table.

Location

The high price, there were some cockroaches in the room, there is no room service, the staff doesn’t speak english, they don’t accept card and don’t let us know nothing about it before.

location was very good, got our laundry done there and helpful. the wife is really nice I do wish they did a bit more to the rooms (table, shelves and stuff like that

they forgot to give us our towel that we washed.. and we asked if we can stay another night which was okay but the husband asked for more money than what we paid for so I showed him what we paid and he excepted the payment on booking. check out is at 12 but he forced us to check out at 11 and wasn’t even nice about it.
