Jermaine’s apartment in Umhlanga

Liked that the property is not in the busy side of Umhlanga and yet it’s a walk away from Gateway. I love taking walks. We liked that you had a number of things we could use to stay warm, it tends to get chilli up too. We loved the table space in the room, allowed us to place our perfumes, wallet, purse etc. More than anything we loved the level of cleanliness. You are by far the cleanest stay we have ever had.

It’s not so much that we didn’t like that the TV was gone for repairs, especially since it was communicated before hand. But it would have been nice to watch the soccer games on a big screen. But we had substitute better than phones (lol), we had a laptop. Hubby always has his laptop

No nobody told us about a breakfast????And the communication was very poor

Customer care was on point.... I spoke to a wonderful lady Sharon who was there from start till end, very caring and polite even tho this was not my real honeymoon place because I left for ballito after check out but I really loved it there...also there was this one guard at the bottom who escorted me I didn't get his name. I didn't know where to find the room however, he escorted me and I was really impressed by him as well. Also he offered to help with my bags he was absolutely kind.
