Autumn Loft Wyndale Living Malvern Hills

The apartment was very cute with beautiful views. The location was excellent allowing for picturesque walks around Malvern. The staff was polite and accommodating and very responsive.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Its location and it was clean and well presented. It was lovely to have a Christmas tree.

Minimal utensils for cooking- no baking trays or oven pots. No glasses for water or soft drinks. Just minimal wine glasses (3 each for wine and Prosecco ) and 4 mug. Not helpful when we were 3 adults and two children! Door knob broken for one bedroom and light bulb faulty in the other. Heating didn't seem to work well in the living room. Sofa not comfortable to sleep on. No information about bins and although we tried to empty it the outside bin was already full to overflowing

It’s a beautiful apartment. It’s very spacious and comfortable. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch.

I came with my dog but didn’t realise access was via a fire escape staircase. There was also no outside space fora pet. Not a negative but pet owners may need to know. Oh and also no live TV and was the Strictly Final. 🥴

This was a last minute booking for one night only to avoid travelling through weather warnings, but have no doubt this would make an excellent base to visit the surrounding area for a few days. Flat comfortably accommodated our family. Warm and cosy. Bath and shower facilities were very much appreciated. Would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

While fine for us - access would be difficult for anyone who cannot navigate stairs due to this being a flat. Access stairs are metal and a little slippy in the wet weather, caution required. Again this did not affect our stay, but others may like to know. Be cautious if like us you are booking last minute, you need to fill out a form sent to you via a link in email and need photo ID before key code is released - I did not have easy access to ID as we were not expecting to have to stay anywhere. I didn't see anything about this on booking.com before booking, but I may have missed it. We attempted calling associated numbers to no avail, further using WhatsApp again to no avail. Luckily I found a picture of ID saved from a previous holiday on mobile phone - once submitted the key code was instantly released. Just for information as if I hadn't had this we would not have been able to gain access after making booking and paying for accommodation upfront. We did receive a nice text from owners the following morning, presumably they have a platform that manages bookings on their behalf, they checked that we gained access ok etc. This would not be a problem at all if booked in advance or you have ID readily available.

The location is perfect for Malvern School and surrounds. The split nature of the apartment makes it ideal for a longer stay as well as having family or colleagues from work staying with you.

The beds are a tad small, but I am quite tall...
