First of all, I appreciate kind supports of the owner :) Everything was fine, view was amazing, room was clean and comfortable and balcony was my favorite place :) Mohsen

Only thing was noises from the street and clubs after midnight, although door and window are isolated but sounds are extremely loud outside. So you hear a little bit, but it will not hurt you :)

Wifi was good Room was clean

Parking on the street can be a big problem. We could not find a parking space within 2km from the location. The noise from the construction of the building next to this hotel is unbeareble with the windows open and starts as early as 7 AM. Person arranging key handover wasn't the nicest. This is not the best location in Batumi
