Καθαρό, καινούργιο, ήσυχη τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο.

Δεν λειτουργούσε το ρόλο της μπαλκονόπορτας με αποτέλεσμα να μπει ο ήλιος στα μάτια μας από της 6:30 το πρωί.
