Royal Park Hotel

Hassan looked after us beautifully and did everything he could to make our stay memorable. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive from Bukoba and he quickly organised food for us, our driver and our guide. The next day he arranged an amazing white water rafting tour and washed all our clothes. We finished up with a tour of the source of the Nile on our final day and Hassan then arranged transfers to Entebbe airport and to Busea,on the Kenyan border, as our group split for the next stage of our journey. The location of the hotel is in downtown Jinja, convenient to shops and ATM. Breakfast was filling and delicious, hot food, fresh fruit, water, and hot drinks including African spiced tea..

The staff hustled to make sure everything was perfect. The parking is very secure and the breakfast was good.

What they advertised is totally different from what's on the ground. The rooms are very small, unfinished, old bed sheets, small old blankenkets, no TV, no wardrobe, everything is messed up! They scammed me my $80 but the value of their rooms would be $15.

Within heart of city and very good staff service

The breakfast, the room, the location and Wi-Fi were all good. The staff was very helpful. Hassan made sure our stay was a pleasant one.

The bed was way too hard.
