Bluebell Tent at Ballyward Croft

Oh my .. what a lovely place host Kerry and family have created .. a happy home from home .. its a credit to them. Lovely surroundings peaceful setting and and the tent has all the comforts of home , small fridge , comfy bed and nice bedding .. fresh towels , wood burner , hot shower .. and not forgetting the the most welcome addition of a unique hot tub .. lovely to soak in as you watch the sun go down surrounded by nature. Such a welcome we received.. especially from dogs Rufus and Lilly ... Kerry made us feel at home right away and made us lovely homemade pizza and sides which was amazing .. nothing was a bother to her but we had everything that was needed, including fresh eggs from the chickens it was just the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect.. oh and there are llittle goats 😍 My daughter and I loved making memories here and look forward to a visit in the future

Would be good to have a small electric kettle available inside Tent

I loved everything about the place. The setting is beautiful and Kerry and her family made me feel like part of the family. The facilities are great with everything you need plus things you didn't even know you needed. Kerry provided aromatherapy bath salts for the hot tub allowing me to totally relax and wind down. The bed was so comfy and everything was spotless. I was even given a taste of Kerrys home made bread fresh from the oven which was divine. With no tv there were no distractions and it was exactly what I needed. Easy to find and well off the main road providing total privacy. A massive thank you to Kerry for sharing a little part of her home with me for the night

We were very lucky with the weather so got to enjoy the whole experience at it's best 😎😎 it's a great location with lovely scenic country views. Really friendly hosts who made our 2 girls feel so welcome straight away and they loved getting to meet all the animals. The chickens kept us entertained 😊 And the pizza was delicious !! 😋 🥰

Attention to detail is excellent. Tent is fabulous, warm with wood burning stove, well ventilated and furnished. Facilities are great. Fire pit, outdoor seating area, gas stove, barrel hot tub and showering/ washing facilities. Perfect getaway and something different. Hosts are very welcoming and so accommodating. Every glamping need is covered 100%. Eco friendly also which is a plus. Even free range eggs for breakfast from their very own chickens! A great experience to glamp in a beautiful part of the world.

Lovely location. It was the perfect little getaway. The tent and whiskey barrel are amazing.

Facilities are quaint but with some time I’m sure they will build up something more permanent.

First glamping experience with our 2 grandsons, the tent was spotless and extremely comfortable, bed and bedding were fantastic, everything we needed was there.

Nice rural location. Very friendly and helpful owner, who couldn’t do enough. Clean and warm inside the tent - with power and a small fridge unit too.
