Amazing Service and communication

Power was an issue, there seems to be a power voltage / current issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The staff were helpful and responsive, and the facilities and rooms were perfect. However, we didn't get to enjoy Uluwatu town much - it didn't live up to our expectations. Despite that, the villa itself was a highlight and saved our trip.

Very comfortable villa for big company especially. Stylish and very authentic. Our company was 4 adults, 3 kids. Every bedroom is in fact a single house, so you live together but not too closely. When we arrived, we were a little bit confused, as we didn’t expect that we would live right in the jungles, but it was not a problem, grab taxi always arrived in a few minutes. Be ready to see a lot of insects around you, the real nature as it is))

The door handle in second bedroom is broken, need to be fixed. Mosquito nets in all bedrooms are thorn, so you can’t open the shutters and your room is always dark like a cave) also need to be fixed.

From the start the communication was amazing. Lulu personally messaged me asking if I needed anything I.e transport, massage, nanny, bike rental or chef. She helped organise the transport for us, and got us bike rental quickly and efficiently, it all was run smoothly. There’s no washing machine there but the laundromat is down the road, you could walk or get a gojek there. She greeted us with fruit and lemonade. The villa was cleaned every other day, which was immaculate, and we could still relax around the pool. It is secluded, but we had a bike rental to get too and from Uluwatu, and my family used gojek which came within 3/4 minutes everyday. It was the ideal villa for my family and I to relax, and spend time with one another after 10 months apart.

There was nothing wrong, this villa has everything you need and it was secluded, which we loved.

The roads around the property are dangerous and need maintenance
