Villa Holiday Sunrise II

Alles war in sehr gutem Zustand und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Es hatte ausreichend Frotéewäsche für Bad und Pool, eine top ausgestattete Küche mit diversen Pfannen, Geschirr inkl. Poolgeschirr und diversen Gadgets, die man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Georg (Besitzer) war einfach und es wurde stets sofort geantwortet.

The house perfectly met our needs! For a smaller house, it was very spacious and plenty of room for us and our stuff. While on the road we prefer to cook and the kitchen was well stocked for those that love to prepare their own meals. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks--and a quick half mile from Rotary Park. We loved walking and seeing the burrowing owls, the Caloosahatchee River, and others out enjoying the weather.

We rented the house for two weeks, so we were surprised by the lack of supplies provided. There were only two dishwasher tablets, very little toilet paper, and only a couple of detergent pods for the washing machine. Maybe whomever preps the house didn't know the length of our stay. We also would have preferred a heavier/thicker comforter option for the bed. We ended up layering on 3 thinner blankets we found.

The house was lovely, very clean upon arrival, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the usual appliances. Things were easy to find, and if you are lucky, there may be some leftover supplies from previous guests. The pool and the yard were very relaxing, and the neighborhood was very quiet and nice that it was walkable. The location was ok, not too far from either airport, and it was easy to find, but there was a bit of a drive to the beach or any shopping.

The hot water takes a very long time to heat up and doesn't ever get really hot. But after a few days in the sun, you don't really need a hot shower. The TV was hard to navigate for those of us who are not too tech savvy. But if you have a Netflix or Prime account, you are fine. And not that this could be avoided, but there are a LOT of tiny bugs in the backyard that bite you relentlessly. Make sure you have bug spray and itch cream for sitting outside.

Villa was exceptionally clean and really cozy, with good WiFi. Everything you would need for your stay was available. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, safe, manicured neighbourhood. The pool was fantastic, the house was so well equipped, we were supplied with nearly everything we needed. The kitchen had lots of seating and there were beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for day trips to the beach. The area is completely residential which I knew in advance but I would recommend having a car. Driving distance to many beaches, shopping and restaurants.
