Gardens are lovely and the staff were very accommodating.

Decor still needs updating a bit more - some interesting choices of ornaments in the rooms. Need herbal teas and a decent coffee machine in each room.

Food was excellent and Mark was very friendly, attentive and helpful. I particularly appreciated it when he informed us of a short wait for service, much better than being left in the dark. Not that we waited long anyway. We had the suite which was a large room with seating - very comfortable.

If you are looking for a quiet stay close to Norwich but not in Norwich then this is ideal. We decided to eat in the restaurant instead of heading into Norwich and that was the best decision. An unexpected extensive menu. We were blown away by the food. It was delicious. The room was clean and the en suite small but perfectly functional. Good value stay.

Would have liked a breakfast menu but that said we were late down one morning and Mark offered tea/coffee and toast which was perfect.

Ample parking, friendly welcome, clean, good food.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Also the menu has an unusual mix of choices and the thai/Asian options are excellent. Local real ale was spot on in terms of freshness and was delicious.

Instant coffee and uht milk in rooms. It's not uncommon but I think because other things are so good here that this is incongruous with the overall offering.
