- beautiful house, well decorated and comfortable - beautiful garden - well stocked kitchen - great for families - view of the ocean

- handles on the doors were difficult to turn and doors were loud - WiFi didn't work in the back half the house - parking is a bit tight (only enough for 1 car, second one would stick out in the stress) and had to drive out backwards
