The apartment on its own is beautiful fully equipped with all necessary needs It is closer to the beautiful mall Northgate and easy to reach Very clean and good security The owner was always helpful and reachable.

I felt that the bed was hard only The security at the gate are simple helpless at some point My wife arrives at the gate at 20H00 night and am inside her phone is off she simple cannot access the gate codes The security just told her that she cannot help her my wife asked her what is the solution in this regard The security told her to go to the garage and buy a charger mind you my wife does not know the place. They cannot borrow her a charger or try to make pleas call to me or call me if they have airtime instead they told her park on side of the gate and wait for their supervisor who came an hour later however he said they should have borrowed her a charger for few minutes in order to access the codes. The supervisor simple made a short call to me and asked for security codes that is when my wife was able to enter the complex.

Location

Shower was not cleaned. Lots of fish moths in bathroom and cupboards. No forks in drawer

The location was excellent and clean.

The host didnt put towels or have an extra blanket for us.

I loved the location and how safe and quiet it was. The host was quite responsive during the day. And even came by to help me navigate the door code .

I didn't like that I almost slept in my friend's car because the security at the gate would not let me in as the codes i had ,had expired and the host was non responsive.I suggest he gives his guests a gate card to avoid such situations in the future.

The host is always accommodating and friendly. The rooms are always clean. Access codes are sent through promptly everyday to enter and exist the complex.
