INININIt was near main road: it was very spacious surrounded by trees and greenery. The host family lives in ground floor they provided all help required. they prepared the breakfast for us, that was tasting great even if the guests wanted to cook they provide the infrastructure for the same, he told. we cooked our morning breakfast nextday as his staff cud not do early morning.
rooms are infested with ants. though he tried to remove them, in one of the beds they intruded and spoiled the sleep. he told that he shall make necessary pest control to avoid this to the future guests.

ININRoom and cot/bed size is good. Space available for car parking. Home-made food on a chargeable basis.
Very poor in cleanliness. The bed lining and bathroom are very untidy. The wash basin tap and faucets were not working. Even with prior information the room was not cleaned. Collecting GST charges without providing an invoice.
