the room smells - cigarette i booked for family room (2 queen beds- 3 adults) asked for room change. they want to squeeze us in room for 2pax. not even offering 2 rooms. end up we bought air filter (cost us rm400 as no more room available else where) to stay in that room.

Fair price and fantastic staff. Location convenient close to centre of town. Staff is really helpful and forthcoming

noise from road and others outside gets to the room unfiltered. And it gets intense at times. No wifi provided despite having wifi in the description. No plain water provided

The room is huge. The bed is big and comfortable. There are lots of power outlets. The self-check in is easy. The location is great.

We stayed for 2 nights but during the last day the toilet cannot flush.

I like the room. Its big and spacious, even though slightly old. There is no toiletries and toilet papers even though i have requested for it a few times.
