"Great value, comfortable, warm, convenient."

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen facilities were useful, the flat was warm and the host was very friendly over the phone. The location was excellent and nearby several tram stations and just across from the cathedral. The room was very quiet and peaceful.

A few minor issues only. There was an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom drains (as it is a basement) however so long as the door is closed it was not a problem.
