Yusuf Gold House

The room is nice. Everything is clean. 10 min by walk to registan. This was the best accommodation in Uzbekistan - the owners are very welcoming and always ready to try to help you. Breakfast is great and they always offer you fruits/nuts.

Absolutely amazing place, the courtyard was really fascinating creating the perfect atmosphere for Samarkand. The owner was super nice and even drive us to one monuments without even thinking twice. The breakfast was also wonderful, a lot of food of the best quality especially the fruits and vegetables. Room also very comfortable, really recommend the place.

Everything was perfect

Great stay at Yusuf's. He and his family are so hospitable. He welcomed us with tea, and always had some snacks for us when we were passing by. The rooms are nice and very comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, varied and delicious. They prepared some vegetarian samsa when he learned we didn't eat meat. The house is well placed, along a small and quiet street, but at walkable distance to some of the main attractions. Recommended!

Other than hotel location all information, including visitors' reviews, does not match what we experienced in reality.

Rooms are actually very small, furniture is old, bed linen made of synthetics has long lost its appearance and needs to be replaced. The pillows were very high and hard. It was impossible to sleep on them. Breakfast in the hotel is very poor. On the last day of our stay, the owner overslept and forgot to serve it, although our whole team was fasting in the month of Ramadan.
