Love the place. We arrived quite late, nearly 11pm. Knowing that we're tired, Naim, the owner, quickly ushered us to our room. A few minutes later brought us tea, strawberries and apricots to our room. Even though he could only speak just a little English, translation apps did the trick. Breakfast was good and there are a few small restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. We were allowed late check out and Naim gladly let us use the lounge until we depart for the train station at 2000. TQ and kudos Naim. Will definitely stay here again

Very good hotel, so comfortable, room is clean and cozy, the owner is so kind, he also picked us up at the train station. Very recommended!! Very great breakfast

Amazing host and friendly staff.

Very friendly owner who offered us an very early check in (9am), exchanging money for us at good rate, and very generous in offering coffee/tea + snacks :) Location: Rasul OSH at the opposite has a good plov, near to Supermarket and about 15mins walk to bazaar! A good place to stay for several nights at Samarkand!

Breakfast good. Owner family good too. Near by walk distance to Registan. Hostel is so nice. If you plan go to panjakent, the taxi by owner calling is 100,000 and we are 2 people. You can get cheaper when go to kaftarxona bus station. The distance to border is about 35km.

The toilet pump need to repair. Everything was good.nothing to complaint.

Cozy space in a good location and with nice staff

-The kitchen was not very comfortable: stove was not working well and there was no trash bin.

Very good apartman, close to the Registran. Everybody was very nice. The breakfast is good as well. Very clean. Everything was perfect.

WOW - what incredibly lovely hosts! Lola and Naeem were so welcoming when I arrived early from my train journey. We had a lovely morning together. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The guest house was very peaceful and was in a good location near some shops and restaurants, as well as a short walk from the main sites. After I had checked out, Naeem continued to be wonderful and his friend helped me purchase some tea and halva nearby. I will always remember the warmth of the lovely people at the guest house and hope to return again one day with my family.
