It worked for $20/night. The location was great, the room was a decent size and had a nice rack / shelves to place your belongings.

When I arrived, there was no staff onsite. I had to ask one of the guests for instructions on how to get to my room or check-in. I actually never saw any staff on-site. The communal kitchen area wasn't clean at all, I noticed cat feces all around and the pool didn't look too clean either. In my room, the light on the ceiling didn't work, which also meant the light in the bathroom didn't work. So I used the desk light at night, which wasn't ideal for the bathroom.

AC doesn’t work. No one answered when I wrote to them. Still no answer for a refund. Had to book another place because it was so bad

The bathroom is clean without any smell There are enough space into the room There is a table and a closet into the room The shared kitchen was clean That stuff were friendly and helpful

The neighborhood construction

Leider wurde unsere Buchung 30 Min vor dem Checkin über Booking-Messenger storniert, da das Hotel Probleme mit dem Buchungssystem hat und es ausgebucht war. Dies war extrem ärgerlich für uns, da wir so innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Unterkunft finden mussten, die einen vergleichbaren Standard, Lage und Preis hatte. Dies für einen Checkin innerhalb weniger Stunden zu finden war sehr schwierig.
