Ma chambre individuelle était très spacieuse et propre. La localisation de l’auberge est top, et la plage avec est incroyable! On y mange très bien aussi. Endroit parfait pour rencontrer des gens!

Le lit n’était pas du confortable, et le personnel pas très sympathique et aidant..

Staff wasnt very nice, bed was a bit dirty ahd a brown stain and no locker. I asked to upgrade to a private room because the music was so loud in my room and they told me i could pay for now and the next day i could upgrade. The next day i wanted to upgrade and they told me that because i alredy paid i couldnt change my booking. So i told them that they told me the day before i could and they were not nice abot it.

My best stay in all of Indonesia! As soon as I arrived, staff member Tsaniya was so welcoming and really made my trip in Penida the best it could possibly be and went above and beyond in service and for just making the accommodation feel like a family, but fun environment with her friendliness and kind nature, as did all the staff at Lushy! Very close to the port, you can grab a quick ride if you need to or can easily walk approx 15 mins as I did along the main road. They have a luggage room if you arrive early. The accommodation is cool. You will meet friends for life. It's located right on the beach, literally with it's own pool, a bar which serves all drinks, free drinkable water, a great food menu, a pool table, free beach bags and sunbeds and daily activities if you wanna join all while watching the sunset on your doorstep. They also have multiple different tours operated by Lushy staff which takes you on all different routes and prime spots on the island, which you can either do alone or as a group, very easy to book at the front desk and the tour guides are great - I did one and it was well worth the convenience of having a driver take you to all the places you wanna see and is a great way of sharing experiences with new people too. The accommodation is very safe, which I loved, was very clean, the cleaners were constantly cleaning everywhere which made it feel like all the staff there had great pride in their jobs. Showers were great, male and female separate, free shampoo and shower gel, hot water and were always clean. The bed in the dorm I had was probably the best hostel bed I've ever had. The bed itself was almost a double bed in size, had its own luggage space and hanger, an actual side table to properly charge your phone instead of having to have it literally on your bed like some dorm rooms and a very comfy bed, pillow and blanket, do much space.
