"Schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage"

Ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber, man wohnt in einem sehr schönen, eigenen Häuschen in einem gepflegten Garten. Frühstück und Abendessen schmecken ausgezeichnet und werden auf der Terrasse vor der Wohnung serviert. Abholung vom Flughafen, Weiterfahrt und Safaris werden problemlos und auch kurzfristig organisiert. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch der hauseigene Kochkurs und die Village Tour, die zu den schönsten Aussichtspunkten und Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um Sigiriya führt. (Falls man die Village Tour mit einem Besuch des Herbal Gardens kombiniert, sollte man wissen, dass dort schon erwartet wird, dass auch Produkte gekauft werden). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful garden with coconut and mango trees. The food was fantastic, all cooked by our host. She even gave us cooking lessons and the food was so incredible (just make sure you’re hungry because there’s a lot of it). Room was lovely, enjoyed sitting out on the deck reading our books. Family who run the place are so kind and helpful, organising a lot for us including all of our transport. Will be coming back. Have already recommended to friends.

"Beautiful jungle retreat with wonderful hosts"

Great hospitality, lovely family, nice big comfortable room and beautiful balcony overlooking lovely garden. In the jungle so need transport to the town. Had a cooking class which was great and food wonderful.

Super herziges und sehr sauberes Bungalow etwas abseits von Sigiriya. Kumari und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich und haben uns alles organisiert und viele Informationen gegeben. Der Ehemann hat uns jeweils mit dem TukTuk gefahren.
