The Loft

The location was perfect - very close to city central and plenty of places to eat, get groceries, etc along the walk. The apartment was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Especially loved the rain shower in the bathroom after long days of walking and sightseeing. Hosts were wonderful - very helpful with information, answering my questions and local recommendations.

It was really close the main Center, many restaurant and bar close to flat, the owner of flat let us leave later thank check out time, He was always helpfull, He was really kind to bring Coffee and some sweety for breakfast:)

A beautiful, unique property with many original features located a 10 minute walk from the centre of Bologna. The hosts were very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings. Would highly recommend and stay again when we visit Bologna.

The location itself is great. The apartment is spacious and equipped for a longer stay. The bathroom is neat. We could drop off our bags before the check-in.

The had a moldy smell and doesn’t quite fit the standards one would expect at the price asked for.

First of all, I want to talk about the location, because if you ask me, this is one of the most important and greatest things about our stay at the loft. I think that the location of the loft is so perfect because it is located at the beginning of the city center and because of that you can enjoy the superb streets and local shops that you can find at the outer side of the city center and still you could find yourself in the center of the city center in less than 15 minutes walk. Another great part of this location is that on the Sundays, in 3 minutes walk from the loft, you can find a great local farmers market, with the most tastiest salami and Italian products that I have ever tasted. The market is called Mercato del Novale, it is a must try if you are at the Loft in a Sunday morning. Address: Piazza Carducci, 40125 Bologna Opening time: Every Sunday 8:30am - 1:30pm The place was clean, it had a great usable kitchen with fridge and all you need to prepare a small parmigiana and prosciutto breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the place had a digital thermostat that you could ask the host to set it remotely as you desire, so the place was cozy, with nice decoration and the hosts are very nice.

I didn't like that it had 0 soundproof, you could hear the neighbors going up and down the elevator. The price was steep. And I didn't like the communication with the hosts, I was talking with 2 hosts on two different numbers, one was saying and asking us if we want breakfast or dinner in the loft, the other one was telling us that there is none of those offered by the loft. Please use just one phone number so you can track the conversation and don't promise things that you can not deliver. Not much dislikes, it was a great stay. I would surely come back if the price was better.

Charming and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there. The location is prime.
