PLFriendly and very helpful host, large room sufficient for three people, very comfortable mattresses, hot water, no unpleasant odours despite the bathroom being separated from the room by incomplete walls.
Definitely too hot. We had a room under the roof and the ceiling was literally hot. The air conditioning couldn't cool the room down all night. Maybe it's better for longer stays, but we were only there for one day and found the room very hot.

LVIt was a very spacious room and responsive staff.
The premises should be renovated. Repairs are needed as there are already cracks in the ceiling. Not dangerous, but not aesthetic. Also, the bathroom would need to be renovated.
