The property was very well located , very high level of cleanliness , bed lined in main bedroom was very pristine as was the towels and bathroom /shower amenities .

The location was 10/10….. I would have loved to have had a kettle so we could have made fresh tea/coffee.

Shockingly disappointing! Yes, the pictures are accurate and the place is beautiful. However, communication with the hosts is rather unfriendly and harsh ("we expect," "you must"). The apartment was very cold in October. While there is a heater, it can't be turned on because the thermostat is locked (see photo). Another problem is the noise: the windows are very thin, and there was constant noise from the street all night. Sleep was impossible. The biggest outrage, however, concerns breakfast. I specifically booked accommodations with breakfast for my ten-day hike so I wouldn't have to worry about it. In every B&B or Hotel I got any kind of proper breakfast. This accommodation was supposed to include breakfast as well. It didn't. On the table was a voucher for by far the worst-rated café in Assisi (2,6 out of 5, see photo), where breakfast consisted of an espresso and a truly disgusting croissant. Nothing else. That wasn't breakfast; it was simply an insult and a rip-off. It might be nice if you want to take pretty photos for Instagram, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.
