The Chianti region is beautiful and the pool area itself is well maintained.

The property was materially misleading. The address led us to a detached pool house, while the actual apartment was completely separate and uphill—not described anywhere in the listing. There was no view (a major omission for a Tuscan villa), and the apartment spanned three floors, with no air conditioning outside the bedrooms. The house was unusable during the day due to the heat. The listing photos gave the impression of an integrated, premium villa, which this was not. We asked to leave early and pay only for the nights we stayed, and were denied. The management responses were polite but clearly AI-generated, with no human engagement or accountability. We spent nearly $10,000 for a premium experience and got a disjointed and disappointing stay. Attached a photo of the view from the villa.
