The staff are so polite & are happy to help. We had an issue in our chalet and the receptionist upgraded us to a better chalet at no extra cost.

Nothing.

Good to be back on familiar ground. Entertainment good and the staff very pleasant.

Unfortunately we were inundated with ants! Staff were very quick to help resolve the problem though.

Close to the beach for walks

It was a little tired but ok for the money paid, we didn't use the facilities, swimming pool, entertainment or restaurant so the rating isn't including these The location was excellent for us as we didn't want night life or pubs, we wanted a quiet relaxing break which we got The chalet does need a tidy up and painting to make it a bit fresher and more inviting but over all was ok for a 3 night break

Was peaceful area

Bathroom was totally inadequate. The shower never kept even warm water for more than a min and it was covered all over with black mould. The flush to toilet barely worked. Kitchen area too cramped to cook in properly

We have been there for a long time and always had a great time and staff could not do enough to make our stay great thank you

Having an anxious rescue dog the location was very good as as much being very close to the beach for dog walks

Having an anxious rescue dog the chalet i was in was on the main road into the park, which I had to keep the curtain closed even during the day as other dogs, people, cars and lorry would pass on the other side of the glass doorsdue to this She was very anxious all the time and could only relax which she was on the beach. In addition as there was no outside space, as we were mid terrace she had to pass through the selection of dogs on the road and at their windows barking at her as well as on the street and the traffic to get to a place where she was calm enough to do her toilet business. All that aside although, I paid the same price as a non pet person /family there was only one place we could sit outside. This was outside the club house. Yet the outside bar didn't open whilst I was on site so getting refreshments was awkward.
