The parking was an issue and feel could be sorted with a permit or better communication from jewsons Needs new stair carpet as cut foot twice on carpet tacks pocking through carpet and needs a blind in the window on upstairs landing
GBFran was very accommodating with our requests and always responded quickly Bed was lovely and comfy and the supplies in the fridge and bunnies around the cottage were all well received.
There was no pepper - there is now. A casserole dish to use in the oven would have been useful as well as a large spoon without holes. A larger rubbish bin would have been useful too.
GBThe property is in an excellent location, very close to the town centre and the shops, cafes and restaurants. It was warm and clean when we arrived. There were some welcome treats left by the host, another touch that made us feel welcome. All queries and questions were answered promptly. All in all a great place to stay.
The stairs are steep, we were told about them.
GBIt was easy to find clean and well equipped. Speedy reply from host when we had a problem with the heating.
Opposite a builders yard which wasn’t shown, fortunately we arrived on a Saturday after they closed so parking:noise wasn’t an issue. Extremely steep stairs so was very difficult to access upstairs. Only 1 small sofa/2 chairs so only one of us was comfortable watching tv in the evening
GBLocated in the heart of Woodbridge. The instructions for entry were good. The house was exactly as advertised and very nicely kitted out with everything we needed. There was milk and some welcome goodies waiting for us. Communication with Fran was very easy. The cottage was warm and cosy, with plenty of hot water and an excellent shower. The bedroom was very spacious for a bijou cottage.
Nothing not to like - a super cute old two up, two down cottage. Would love to know the date of the building.

The stairs are narrow and exceedingly steep. Too much furniture
