Palazzo Cocò Sentiero dei Limoni

Sehr sauberes und komfortables Zimmer auf einer Anhöhe in Maiori direkt am Zitronenweg. Die Unterkunft war sehr gastfreundlich mit zur Verfügung gestelltem Sprudelwasser und Zitronengranita den ganzen Tag. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight der Reise mit selbst gebackenen Pfannkuchen und sehr guten Omletts. Hervorragende Aussicht von der Terasse aus, die den Fußweg nach oben Wett macht.

Beautiful traditional room, very clean, rooms serviced every day. Breakfast on the balcony every morning overlooking the magnificent views was amazing.

Beautiful view from the room but redundant if you are wanting to explore the town. Host Antonio was super welcoming and friendly, helped us bring our bags down all the steps and ensured we were looked after during breakfast. * Lemon slushi when we arrived which we could help ourselves to * Clean and comfortable room and bathroom * Breakfast with great coffee, warm pastries and a nice cheese omelette

There are about 300 steps up to the property, this can easily be missed when reading the description about the property Although clean, the room was very dated, bedsheets and towels were quite old and rough There is not much space getting up or down the stairs in the property, the root top pool area can accommodate 2 people at a time, it’s a jacuzzi bath and not a pool If you want assistance with luggage you need to be direct and ask before arrival, I’m sure Antonio will meet at bus stop like some of the previous visitors have mentioned. We shared our arrival time at the bus stop - this was not sufficient to prompt Antonio to offer with meeting us

Owner very kind. Met us at ferry dock and helped w/luggage. Lovely terrace for breakfast. Warm croissants!! He recommended restaurant Francisco’s which was great! Room was very clean and quiet, spacious and comfy! Antonio also help us to get to ferry at the end of our trip. We appreciated his kindness. He’s also a funny character! Do the lemon trail to minori and take water taxi back. It was a highlight for us.

The pillows were hard and not comfortable. Would be nice to use the shared kitchen or the fridge some evenings.However it was not convenient

Antonio is an incredibly kind and helpful host. We were greeted warmly and offered cold lemonade and help with anything you can imagine. He gave us great advice on hiking the Path of Gods, and also sent us to the BEST restaurant of our trip: Donna Maria, so please ask him for any tips on things you want to do. We enjoyed being up above the bustle of the city though take note of the well-advertised stairs! Hauling the luggage up in the heat was the only time it was really hard for us though. I particularly enjoyed the size of Maiori- it wasn't overrun with people but had plenty to offer. It was a great place to come back to after hiking or being in a busier touristy city during the day. Maiori also has a port with relatively inexpensive ferries to the other towns... or simply walk. Minori is a short walk on the Path of Lemons that literally starts right outside the door of this place. My daughter and I hiked there, then up to Ravello, then down to Atrani and Amalfi all in one morning. Antonio brought us breakfast each day (crepes were delicious) and also allowed us to do some laundry in the evenings. The rooms were plenty big and had all necessary amenities. AC was cold, which was great since we were there in the middle of a heat wave. We also got to see 2 fireworks shows- one from downtown and one from the Norman Tower that you can see from the room.

Had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was exceptional – fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Made us feel very welcome throughout our stay!

There were a lot of steps to climb and it felt tiring at times. But once I reached the top, the view made it all worth it. It was beautiful and peaceful up there. If you don’t mind a bit of a climb, I definitely recommend going — the view is the best part!
