The location is central, making it easy & affordable to travel to popular tourist attractions in Cape Town. Apartment is quite spacious, and has basic necessities (tv, cutlery, pots and pans, crockery) for a comfortable stay. Loved the fast WiFi, & the safety of the building.

The name and pictures are a bit misleading, it’s not luxury, but good value for money. They could, however, do a better job with cleaning and maintenance- when I arrived the sanitary bin in bathroom wasn’t cleared out; there were visible stains on the cushions and bed sheet; there is a terrible smell coming from an open water pipe outlet in the kitchen (I assume where a washing machine/dishwasher were connected); lots of mould on the bathroom window, ceiling, and tiles; shower drains slowly, so if you open the tap fully, it creates a puddle and the water flows out of the shower.
