Very clean and neat, excellent facilities , kids friendly

Only one toilet for a nearly 12 bedded cottage

The whole place was just amazing. We all had a wonderful stay.

Nothing, it was perfect

The location was perfect for us. We had two cottages next to one another which suited our group perfectly. There was plenty of space in either of the cottages for the whole group to get together.

Very unique in terms of set up. Kids really loved it - set in a lovely quiet part of Kilkenny looking towards Slievenamon. Rooms were very cosy and uniquely set up for families. Could easily have shared families. Facilities quite incredible - playground, sauna room, jacuzzi and bar. Owner is a very decent fella and checks all is well.

Minor - a fair few flies and wasps but that time of year.

It was the perfect holiday for us, we stayed 5 days, with older children 10 and 16. They appreciated the pool table and air hockey which meant we had an actual break! It was lovely and peaceful, there was Netflix so we relaxed as a family in the night, it was great we couldn’t ask for more.

The only thing we could think of was that the middle bedroom needed a mirror… that’s it. The place was perfect for us as a family. We thought the distance from Kilkenny might be an issue, but it didn’t make any difference at all.
