The view from the window is beautiful. The apartment is quite spacious and includes a well-equipped kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable.

The upholstery on the sofa and chairs didn’t appear very clean—this may be due to wear over time, but it made them feel less inviting to use. You can hear some noise from the plumbing when neighbors use water, though fortunately it’s not noticeable in the bedroom. Although the location is on the edge of the city, the neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, and convenient, with everything you need nearby—shops, three different bus routes to the center, and a large shopping mall.

Anreiseinfos gab es erst auf Nachfrage. Ohne die Hilfe eines freundlichen Hausmeisters hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gefunden. Die Wohnung liegt 50 Meter neben einer Großbaustelle, auf der von Mittwoch bis Samstag ganztägig jeweils ab 7:30 lautstark gearbeitet wird. Der Baulärm war selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern deutlich zu hören. Blick vom Balkon und allen Zimmern auf die Müllhalde der Baustelle. Davon keine Rede in der Beschreibung der Wohnung. Das Bett sollte laut Ausschreibung eine Breite von 1,80 - 2,10m haben. Für uns der Grund, die Wohnung zu buchen. Tatsächlich war die Liegefläche etwa 1,50 m breit. An den Heizkörpern - außer bei einem - fehlten die Thermostate, um diese zu regulieren, so auch im Bad. Die Dusche befindet sich in der Badewanne. Dort fehlte der Duschvorhang, so dass nach jeder Dusche der Boden nass war.

Am rezervat și plătit acest apartament special pentru că avea vedere la munte clar vizibilă în poze și menționată în descriere. Cu aproximativ 2 ore înainte de check-in, host-ul m-a contactat pe WhatsApp spunându-mi că „colegul a greșit” și mi-a dat alt apartament. Am acceptat sub presiune, fiind deja pe drum spre Brașov și fără alternative realiste. La sosire am constatat că: • Apartamentul nu are absolut nicio vedere la munte (doar blocuri). • Televizorul mare din living nu funcționează deloc. • Lipsea sacul de gunoi la tomberonul din bucătărie. • Host-ul a refuzat să rezolve problemele și mi-a răspuns cu „de ce ai acceptat?” și „Booking nu are ce să-mi facă”. Am contactat Booking.com, care a intervenit, dar host-ul a refuzat să ofere o compensație decentă. În final am primit doar 83 RON credit de la Booking. Recomand cu rezervări mari acest apartament. Dacă vreți vedere la munte sau garanția că veți primi exact ce ați rezervat, căutați altă locație.
