員工服務很好，在即時反應的事情上都有立即處理

電視看不了！我們都是服務業，都可以理解服務業的難處，員工態度很好，但在我入住之後發現加line好友可以優惠房價，確實假日房價已經很優惠了！但身為顧客的我覺得在入住時提請顧客好友優惠的部分是不是更加分？而且我們一開始馬上就說要加三個小時休息，就代表我們非常需要休息這件事，訂這裡就是因為有串流平台，但發現電視不能看的當時是否有更好的處理？明明我們是有出去買東西再回來的，難道不能提出更換房間這件事情嗎？即便很晚了我們應該不會這麼做，但是至少有顯得你們的服務誠意不是嗎？為什麼是跟我們說早上九點再請人來處理？這樣客戶的休息呢？所以我說員工態度是真的很好也是真的有立即處理，但依然不滿意 很不滿意，但如果因此扣到員工的薪資這是非常嚴肅且糟糕的問題，並不是增強員工訓練，那真的是非常非常糟糕
