ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham Spartanburg

Very clean, seemed quiet.

The pillows, for the love of God they sucked.

Amanda the front desk person was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and basically brand new. Great place for the price.

It’s location is great, near by a lots of restaurants to choose from

No breakfast

Nothing, were not given the room we reserved. No tub only a shower, for personal reasons we weren't able to use it. The only thing about this experience I could say I did like was leaving!!! Should've told them to keep the room when they tried telling us it wasn't ready 5 hours after our scheduled check-in time. And they charged us a $40 early check-in fee. I would stay in a cardboard box before staying here ever!!! It asked for us to share pictures of the motel. So disgusted with this place I didn't want any reminder of it!!! I can tell you room 408 was NOT the room we reserved!!! Hampton Inn is a much better Hotel hands down

The staff for one, they were rude and asked us to leave, because we had 3 dogs. We were not told we couldn't have 3 dogs at check in. I even asked if they were getting a deposit for them. Then they kept money for a pet deposit when they told us it was refundable as long as there was no damage. There was absolutely no damages what so ever! These people need new management we were supposed to check in at 6am they called us just before 6 and told us the room wouldn't be ready until after 11am, so for 5 hours we had to find something to do. Then at 11am they were trying to tell us it still wasn't ready. They put us in a room we didn't reserve. All in all this was the WORST motel stay I have ever had!! I don't know how they're still in business!! Hampton Inn is a much better Hotel!!
