USLocation, comfortable beds, very clean, nice vibe. Nice selection of Starbucks K cups. Great HVAC system. They got the important stuff right--It's a nice place, and we would stay there again and just bring some of the amenities we missed.
A bunch of little things that seem petty but just added up: There was slippery packed down, untreated snow & ice on the sidewalk & the pathway to our room, no filters for coffeemaker (we prefer drip so we improvised); 1 dishwasher pod provided for 3 days (not enough-- there's only enough dishes for 2 days or so if you're dining in), & only a half roll of paper towels (fortunately we had some), no facial tissues anywhere, burned out lightbulb in main LR fixture, DR fixture would brighten & dim by itself (lighting layout was a bit confusing, labeling some of the more esoteric switches might help), no washclothes or face towels were placed in the baths.(There may have been some in the cabinet drawers), but the large bath towels were very nice; the drawers in main bedroom were pretty much filled with bed linens so we lived out of our luggage.
CAThe check-in process was flawless and the location was excellent. The apartment is spacious, clean and provides plenty of space.
