Stayed two nights and really liked the property. Everything is clean and comfortable, enjoyed their nice breakfast (and breakfast room), really nice staff. Location is good and quiet...far enough away from the nighttime noise at the riverfront area. I'll book here next time I'm in Vientiane.

Nice, clean and comfortable with very good staff.

This is not their fault, but the street and pavements being dug up outside didn't help my hangover. If it weren't for this it would be a 10 out of 10.

It is a very nice place in a great location in Vientiane. Very clean and comfortable with a very nice included breakfast and amazing staff who did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable.

I cannot think of anything. A very nice place to stay.

Well designed, clean, and comfortable rooms and bath rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast (included). And a good price.

There is massive construction all up and down the street but I expect this to be done in a few weeks.

"Good centralized stay for Vientiane."

Enjoyed our stay. The employees were very kind especially Mr Sanjyan. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Construction out front distracts a bit but the hotel itself was fine.

Bed was a bit hard.

Cute hotel, traditional decoration. friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, clean room. Breakfast included, simple but adequate

A lot of heavy construction going on right outside the hotel - whole street was dug up - not the hotel's fault but if visiting close to this date (Jan 25) worth being aware

Nice older hotel. The bed was comfortable and shower was good. Good WiFi. Construction out front wasn’t pretty or convenient.

Breakfast wasn’t for us especially with so many close bakeries

Very friendly family who run this hotel. It's very central close to all restaurants and walkable to all major sights if you like walking. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed - fresh fruit, coffee and fried eggs. The room was very comfortable with a lift so no need to carry bags up stairs. Staff helped book a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. Recommend the juice bar down the road for fresh smoothies.

On occasion nobody at reception when we had a question but this is a minor point and we just caught them at breakfast time instead.
