Isai Ambalan Guesthouse is nestled in a beautifully quiet and peaceful natural setting, an ideal escape from the noise and chaos of city life. The atmosphere is calm, and the people who stay here tend to be more spiritually inclined, which gives the place a different energy compared to the average accommodation in India. It feels more like a retreat than a standard guesthouse. I booked a single room with a fan, but unfortunately, during the summer heat it became almost unbearable to stay in the room for long periods. There’s no air-conditioning, and the fan alone wasn’t enough to make the space comfortable. Thankfully, I was able to do my online work from the kitchen area, which was more ventilated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was welcoming. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, especially during storms, which affect the area’s connectivity. For digital nomads or those needing a stable internet connection, this could be a real limitation. One thing I missed was a cooled or shaded common interior area suitable for yoga or meditation. Given the kind of guests it attracts, such a space would really enhance the experience. Overall, this guesthouse is great for nature lovers and spiritual travelers who don’t mind basic amenities and some discomfort in exchange for serenity but it may not be the best fit during hot weather or for those needing consistent internet.

the location was beautiful. we book AC rooms but after reaching they show my booking was for wothout ac rooms.... it was summer season and temperature was almost 35 C TO 37 C. otherwise the atmosphere was great here.....

without ac in summer its not good idea
