"Cute, Cozy and Clean"

Overall this was a great stay. If youre comfortable with public transportation theres a train/metro stop about a 8-10 minute walk away and you can easily get anywhere.

Dont underestimate the South Korean summers. We booked the room without AC and it was unbearably hot the first night but the owner was amazing and offered us a fan for the rest of our stay which made all the difference. If you tend to run hot definitely book one of the AC rooms available.

Besides a clean and comfortable room, that I liked a lot, the owner has let me to leave my luggage inside the property for a few days, this is life-saving for me. Very helpful, I recommend:) (Picture taken during evening, such a cozy room)

"Clean and comfortable place close to a metro station"

The place is really comfortable and clean, the room was small but very cute and I liked being there. The place is located very close to a metro station with 2 lines, very convenient. (The picture is from the day of checkout) Also a protip: there is no AC in the room, however there are two types of great curtains. If you keep them closed with half-opened window, even during the hot day, the room will be chill :)

I think it was perfect in my case. If you like what you see in pictures, you will like the property itself.

"Comfy and cute"

The room is spacious and very clean. I liked that there was also a heated blanket. The bed was comfortable and cozy, too. The host is accommodating and does what he can to help!

The location is a bit far, but it's not too much of an inconvenience. It's close enough to hongdae if you're going out. Also, some guests can be nosy and unfriendly, but that's not the hosts fault. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

The host is amazing. Everything you may need will be accustomed and accommodated. Heated flooring was a gem. Availability of netflix and youtube premium account was a great plus. There are a variety of shops 2-3 min walk from the property and if you would like to get a barbeque it is only 5 min walk away. Splendid!

Please be aware there is a smell coming from the communal sewers, which is not much you can do about.
