SUPER LINDA DECORACION, LIMPIO Y ORDENADO, EL CONDOMINIO ESTABA BAJO CONSTRUCCION, POR LO QUE HABIA ''RUIDO'' SIN EMBARGO NOSOTROS NO ESTUVIMOS DURANTE EL DIA POR LO QUE NO HUBO NINGUN PROBLEMA AL RESPECTO AUN ASI YA ESTABAMOS ENTERADOS DE ESTO YA QUE NOS LO HABIAN MENCIONADO, A CAUSA DE ESTO EL DUENO NOS OFRECIO EL PARQUEO GRATIS, SIN EMBARGO EL PARQUEO TIENE UN COSTO DE 5 EUROS POR DIA (PARA QUE LO SEPAS) EL CONDOMINIO ADEMAS CUENTA CON PISCINA LA CUAL PUEDES USAR. ESTA SUPER CERCA DE UN CENTRO COMERCIAL, MUCHISIMOS RESTAURANTES ALREDEDOR TODOS MUY RICOS. EL CENTRO HISTORICO ESTA A 12 MINUTOS EN CARRO. SI NO ME PARECE QUE VI UNA ESTACION DE BUS JUSTO AFUERA.

Très bel appartement, propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé. Très bonne literie. Très belle vue sur l'océan. proximité des commerces et de tous les axes pour visiter Madère.

Travaux de ravalement sur l'immeuble, mais nous avions été prévenus. Nuisances sonores, mais nous étions en visite sur l'ile toute la journée, donc nous n'avons pas été gênés.

Beautifully renovated apartment and extremely well furnished and supplied. Kitchen utensils and saucepan range particularly good! Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the outdoor patio looking over the pool and the ocean. Carina was a terrific host and went out of her way to meet us late on a Friday night so let us in and show us around. Some outdoor renovations were being completed and Carina warned us ahead of time and fortunately for us no big impact. Location was excellent as property was across the road from a mall that included a supermarket. Great restaurants also within walking distance.

Clean, spacious apartment in an ideal location. The view from the balcony was great, and everything we needed in the apartment was provided - even beach towels. Gentle walk downhill into Funchal in around 40 minutes, or bus stop and taxi rank within 50m. Host recommended a wonderful seafood restaurant, Mariscada a Barqueiro, which we visited twice during our stay. If visiting Madeira again would certainly stay here

Property description states "rooftop pool features a pool bar and water slide". This is inaccurate as pool is actually in the garden as shown in the photos.

Lovely apartment and host - welcome hamper with wine and local sweet treats. Spacious rooms. Lovely decor. Extremely clean and tidy. Two big double bedrooms. Loved the balcony’s. Especially the one overlooking the pool and sea with table and chairs perfect for sunrise breakfast. Free, gated parking if renting a car. If not, bus stop at bottom of apartments. Great location.

Being picky, would have liked full length mirrors in bedrooms.

Excellent location, facilities and cleanliness. The manager met us at the property to give us the keys and show us the apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. She also recommended a great restaurant for our first evening there and was easily reached via Whatsapp. The apartment is within easy walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets and the local pools.
