MYAir pressure is good.
1. Access card - it has been BLOCK by management due to owner not paying service charge for 2 months. So, cannot access every enterence. Once go inside the building you need to find your helper which are rare (security guard), Don't think they friendly because they talk like you are the owner who owe them the service fee. 2. Parking - narrow and located at the highest floor. Very far from enterence and you need to park between 2 pole. 3. Hygiene - Floor is sticky, the sofa condition looks very dirty, even the bed some of our family say they gets itchy after sleep on it. For washing machine it's located at very small yard and the condition is dirty. This unit is located at lowest floor, so there are a lot of rubbish maybe fall from upstairs. They provided 1 roll of toilet paper and need to share with 2 bathroom but it's not an issue for me just want to mention it here if some might dislike it. 4. Facilities - Aircon at living room not cold, fan at 2 smaller room very noisy, washing machine very dirty, WiFi very slow, TV? No WiFi means no TV... 1 YouTube 5 mins YouTube video need to wait until 30 mins to finish. 5. Security deposit - Agent will ask for RM 300 for security deposit before check in which they promised to refund within 24hrs after check out. In my case, in check out on 16th I get back my deposit on 18th. Which I need to keep send them reminder.
