"I wish the facilities can be upgrade and maintain the good condition. As for the unit, improve the water pressure."

Near to the beach. Easy parking. Air-conditioned rooms.

Low water pressure. Lift is insufficient. Water leaking everywhere outside the building makes it slippery and dangerous. Pool maintenance not really up to standard.
