Vriendelijk personeel Mooie inkomhal, vriendelijke receptie

Omwille van de hitte was er langdurige stroomuitval (in de hele stad) en als medegevolg daarvan een loeiend brandalarm gedurende uren in een donker hotel, enige compensatie zou welkom geweest zijn. Een koffiezetapparaat op de kamer zou ook fijn geweest zijn.
