Nessun welcome gift tipico del territorio e acqua a pagamento in camera (3€), frigo bar completamente vuoto (a parte l’acqua a pagamento) in un hotel 5 stelle una cosa simile non mi era mai successa. Ho fatto presente la cosa al check-out, quindi auspico che la critica venga presa in modo costruttivo. Almeno una bottiglia d’acqua dovrebbe essere fornita gratuitamente.
