Lake House Hikka

Anthony and his family are very welcoming and social. The location at the swimmable river is amazing for what you pay. Room was good, nice shower and good beds. Anthony also organized a river tour and it was amazing!

Location, quietness, lake view. It's further away from the noisy streets of Hikkaduwa.

The curtains don't block the sunlight.

I stayed here for two nights and it was just amazing! When I arrived they did the best they could to give me a great room. Breakfast by the lake was delicious with a nice view. It's a little bit outside town but only 8 mins walk from the train station and nice and quiet. With the tuk tuk, you only take 5 mins to all the nice restaurants and turtle beach so I had no problem. Really recommend staying here

Colazione e personale super

The location is just perfect, away from the busy main street, located at a beautiful lake. If you take a kayak you end up on a sandbank in the middle of the lake surrounded only by natural beauty - highly recommended! If I hadn’t stayed in this house I surely would have had a way worse impression of Hikkaduwa.

The train passing is very loud and the beds are not the comfiest but it’s worth it anyway. If you stay for only a few nights I think that doesn’t matter.

La camera era molto pulita e accogliente, la colazione vista lago è molto rilassante e piacevole. L’host é stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato la possibilità di fare anche una doccia dopo il checkout prima di andare in aeroporto.

Ogni volte che passa un treno c’è un cane che ulula molto forte (anche in piena notte).

La vue sur le lac tout en prenant le petit-déjeuner depuis le patio est magnifique. Les hôtes sont vraiment d'une extrême gentillesse!
