Stylish Scottish Manor, Coillemore House

Coillemore House is a truly amazing property in an ideal location, with breathtaking views across to the Isle of Skye - it really exceeded all of our expectations. Simon and James added some lovely, thoughtful touches, including a welcome hamper and having the hot tub ready for our arrival. The house itself was exceptionally well equipped for a large group. The spacious kitchen and dining area, featuring a large dining table, range cooker, dishwasher, and large fridge freezer, made shared meals easy and enjoyable. There’s also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. There are two generous living areas along with a formal dining space, all beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. It was the perfect setting to unwind with friends after long days in the mountains. Outside, the large garden and patio provide stunning views, plenty of seating, a fire pit, and of course the log-fired hot tub - ideal for relaxing and soothing sore muscles at the end of the day. I wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to staying here again - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this wonderful place!

Diese Unterkunft ist super schick. Hervorragend für eine Gruppe von 8-10 Leuten, auch mit Kindern, geeignet. Es war hervorragend. Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit und haben alle diese Unterkunft genossen.

Where do I begin? ...Coillemore House was beautiful & perfectly located with stunning views of the Isle of Skye. The photos certainly not do it justice & far exceeded our expectations.Lovely touch from the owners too of a welcome hamper & the hot tub warmed up for when we got there. The house was more than adequately equipped for our family group. Large kitchen/dining area, which included large dining table for family meals, range cooker,dishwasher & American fridge freezer with adjoining utility room with washing machine & dryer Two large living areas, one with tv, open fire & board games to keep the family entertained of an evening & even toys to keep the little one amused. A games room complete with pool table & table football.Must mention the books explaining the history of the house & the dressing up box too certainly were hits with everyone. Large garden & patio with stunning veiws of Skye which included ample seating, fire pit & of course the log fuelled hot tub. This trip was booked as a family in memory of my late husband, which we had planned as a couple before he passed away suddenly last year & Coillemore House was the perfect place to remember him. A huge thank you to co-owners Simon & James for making our trip to Skye one, which we will cherish & remember forever.

Tastefully decorated. Very spacious. Loved the firepit (especially helpful to deal with midges). Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large family group. Dressing up box was a winner with kids.

We couldn't find the BBQ....not a massive problem due to weather.

Incredible staff and nice amenities!

Everything was very thoughtful, from decor, comfort to facilities. The property was huge and such an amazing place for a family. There were so many things for kids, they didn’t even want to leave the place. The hot tub was a hit, among the entire family. On our arrival, the hot tub was left warm for our use, which was again very thoughtful! Simon even provide his contact number to ask any questions We would definitely want to come back to stay!
