The lady at the front desk was an absolute pleasure! Very helpful and sweet!

Location, was clean

Our room was right above the front entrance in room 212 and could hear the front door every time it opened and closed. Sounded like loud thunder outside at every opening and closing of the door. Repairs needed to be done in one of the stairwells. The wallpaper was peeling below the window with what looked like moisture issues. With the continental breakfast, the food area should be wiped down more frequently and items more often restocked. A good variety of food though.

I booked the King room with pullout couch through Booking.com. When we arrived we were told that they don’t have king rooms with pullout couches. So your description of the rooms on your site is severely incorrect! We drove 11 hrs, arriving at 8pm to a room that was not what we booked. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and we ended up going out and buying an air mattress for our stay. That was ridiculous. FIX YOUR LISTINGS!!! Also your site has zero contact info readily accessible in issues like this. I didn’t have time or patience to track it down.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Hotel seemed very clean and maintained well.

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself. I booked a king bed room with a sofa couch/pull out bed. No sofa in the room when I arrived and checked. On the Booking.com app it says I reserved a room with 2 beds, one king, one sofa bed. Ended up having to purchase an air mattress so my children had something to sleep on. Very disappointed with booking.com screwing up their descriptions.
