"A completely unacceptable experience: misleading price, abusive deposit request, and I could not even stay in the proper"

Honestly, there was nothing to like because I was never able to stay in the property. The situation was so problematic that I could not even access the room or spend the night there.

The price was originally shown as 178 MYR, but at the last moment I was charged 323 MYR only for “taxes”, which almost doubled the price. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. After that, the property suddenly asked for a 2000 MYR security deposit, which was never clearly mentioned in advance. This amount is extremely high and unreasonable. I tried to discuss calmly with the manager on site. He himself told me that this was not normal and that usually the deposit should be around 200 MYR, not 2000 MYR. Because of this, no agreement could be found and I was not able to stay in the property. Afterward, I received many messages from the property, some of them quite aggressive and inappropriate. This whole experience was a shame and totally unacceptable.
