Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed (would have preferred kingsize but fine). Good quality breakfast in room with great view over estuary

Unnecessarily bright green (smoke/fire detector) devalued darkness for sleep, and a couple strange plumbing noises throughout but overall very nice place.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed and lovely wide balcony with great views..

Lack of chairs and table on the balcony for Room 1. A silly thing but was surprised that the loo seat was lightweight/cheap and that the top of the hot water tap was missing.
