Location of hotel is near the jetty. Very convenient
MYI like the strategic location of the hotel, near to the Jetty. It played a pivotal role in allowing us to board the ferry on time. I like the spacious bathroom cum toilet
The cleanliness did not meet my expectation. Upon entering the room, there was a cockroach lying near the rubbish bin, belly up. I had to source for a broom from the outside to get rid of it. Secondly, there was only one bedside table, and no other tables around. It was difficult to eat/store food without table. Thirdly, the water heater was not working even though the switch was on. Fourthly, the bathroom door did not seal tightly when locked, there was still a gap. Fifth, the door opened with a loud creak and the sound proofing was non existent.

Family suite room too small to fit two double bed and one single bed. Older citizens have difficulty to climb high stairs case because no.lift provided.
