Luxury Penthouse Condo with Pool

The esthetic on the outside was nice contemporary clean appearance

No running water and being told various stories as to why the water has stopped . Resolution took place once I had left for the day so I was disappointed. Was advised from property management I would be compensated which turned into an additional 1 day stay, because they must be paying to reschedule my flight. A day later the a/c unit stopped working after the experience with the water. I just moved the floor fan to the bedroom for relief from the heat. In doing so I had to move the tv so I could be somewhat comfortable while there. There was only a tv in the living room. The place is extremely hot. The dryer was temperamental so for the most part we had to hang clothes around the unit to dry. Then to be told I broke a swiffer mop which on god I never touched the whole time. I was advised of breaking tiles. No tiles were broken the grout underneath has deteriorated and I guess I caused them to shift when you walked on them. This was considered broken tiles and whatever other foolishness they could come up with. No walk around was ever done. Never meet the host and now there refusing to return my deposit. I ended up offering more money as she gave the impression she needed financial assistance. I wouldn’t recommend. As an older lady (70’s baby) the treatment and behavior received, appalling. I tried to converse my displeasure and was spoken over yelled out. Unprofessional. Deplorable operations. This was a big fail for me. I’m only mentioning a few incidents there were more. The common areas or not always clean either for days.

The amenities stated that it would be a sofa bed, didn't have one. It looked nothing like the pics as far as dimensional. It was so much unfinished work and trash around the building, it was ridiculous. We had one dry cloth each and only one face towel, no extra. I cleaned the entire apartment before I checked out and she wanted to charge me part of my deposit because the towel was "heavily soiled" as she stated. Do she mean the same towel that we had to use for two days....Wow! She said" if I had change, I would charge you, but since I don't, I will let you go!" I will not be going back with that type of attitude.

The location is good, room is very clean and spacious

Things that need to be amended is within the living room space, it doesn't have an AC unit there and also there isn't any knife in the kitchen. I started cooking and had to turn off the stove to get a knife at mega mart..
